Description:
An interdisciplinary team will provide formal presentations at the clinic that will last approximately two hours. Within the two hours, veterans will complete a preventive medicine screening questionnaire, have initial smoking counseling and be offered provision of immunizations. The preventive medicine section clerks will enter historical preventive medicine information of patients into the electronic medical record.
