Patient Feedback Tell us what things we are doing well and what things we need to improve. If you have concerns about your care; first, try to resolve the issue with the supervisor in that department. Each department supervisor is responsible to take care of patient problems and issues on the spot. You may also use Secure Messaging to communicate with your health care provider. If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact your Patient Advocate either by email or telephone.
The goals of your Patient Advocates are to provide open and honest answers, and to be fair, impartial, friendly, and knowledgeable.
