It is important to use good hygiene practices to prevent the spread of disease. Wash your hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rubs after coughing or sneezing, after contact with other people, and after contact with items in public places like telephones, doorknobs, handrails, elevator buttons, shopping carts, etc.
