The new VA Outpatient Clinic, a nearly 30,000 square-foot facility, is located inside the Mann Eye Institute building at 750 Westgreen Blvd., Katy, Texas 77450.
The space is brand new and the clinic will be staffed by highly qualified and experienced VA physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
The clinic, open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, April 23, 2013, will provide primary health care, mental health care, and women’s specialty care in addition to laboratory, X-ray, telemedicine, teleretinal imaging, pharmacy, optometry, and audiology services.
Emergency medication needs will be met on a local contract basis.
Veterans interested in transferring their care to the new Katy VA Outpatient Clinic should speak with their current VA primary health care provider. This will ensure smooth transition of prescriptions and other medical information.
If you do not know the telephone number for your current primary care provider, call the VA Network Telecare Center at 713-794-8985 or toll-free 1-800-639-5137 for assistance.
