VA patients with an Advanced or Premium My HealtheVet account can track delivery of VA prescriptions. These include only those prescriptions that are mailed from a VA Mail Order Pharmacy. If you sign-up to receive VA Prescription shipment notifications on My HealtheVet, you will receive an email when your prescriptions are being shipped. The email will include the shipment date(s), the carrier and tracking number. The tracking number will be linked to the postal carrier’s website. This will give you information on when to expect your Rx package(s). To sign up for VA Prescription shipment notifications, log in to My HealtheVet and go to the Personal Information tab. Then select the Profiles page. There you can check your email address and select the option to begin receiving VA Prescription Shipment Notifications.
